Music makes us happy, and there is nothing more uplifting than a good-old sing-song. This is especially true for kids, even more so when singing also involves actions and jumping about – legitimately! It is a great way to bring a group together and spend some time in a shared activity, or pass the time while sitting in a nasty traffic jam, or distract the kids just for that 5 minutes while the tea cools down. But what I have found over the years is that often our adult fears of singing hold us back from singing together with our children. Not remembering words, or the whole tune perhaps, or what pitch to sing at? So I’ve started this site to provide very simple vocal recordings of the songs, with the words, that I hope will help to get you and your kids singing more.
